Join us for our Annual Memorial Service and Candlelight Vigil
Sunday, August 31st at 6:30 pm at The Commons in Pittsfield
We will hold a traditional memorial service, with words of comfort and multi-faith prayers for our beloved community members lost to overdose, and their friends and family
Later, we will process together to Park Square, where we will read names of those lost and have a candlelight vigil

Playback Theater - Stories of Addiction & Recovery
We are pleased to welcome Creative Action Unlimited from New York’s Capital Region for Playback theater! Audience members tell their stories of Addiction and/or Recovery and the actors play it back live on the spot! Playback theater transforms any event into a memorable experience by incorporating improvisational storytelling based on audience member's real-life stories. Name that Tune Christmas Themed Musical Bingo!
We aren’t making it easy on you! This month’s bingo, will be Christmas themed and there are a few little twists.
We will NOT give the audience the name of the song or artist.
Getting a “bingo” is in the shape of Candy canes. stockings, trees and stars.
The last person to win gets to choose if they want to keep their prize or steal an earlier winners prize; (in exchange for theirs).
Free Summer Concert on the Common
Living in Recovery is pleased to present a summer concert series for our entire community on the First Street Common in Pittsfield.
This is the second in our series of concerts. Chantell & The Kashmir Souls; featuring Susan Davis, will take you on a journey of soul, r&b, and places you cannot even imagine.

Join us for some joy and to help us bust out of the mid-winter blues with some great uplifting jazz, soul and blues music with an amazing group of musicians - this event is FREE and is a gift of love to the public from the members of Living in Recovery - a peer led, peer driven recovery community center and organization. Seating IS limited, so get there early- Doors open at 8 pm

Its Musical Bingo and Name that Tune! Join us as we get a little more competitive this month at Musical Bingo! Song titles and artists will NOT be shared after the song clip.
Each contestant will have to figure out for themselves what song in order to try to get a “bingo”

We will ask that all players keep their phones tucked away in pockets, purses or other bags. Anyone seen with a phone in their hand or on table during the game will forfeit their ability to win a prize.
